Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Corporate Identity, Legal Ownership & Agreement Acceptance
All digital, operational, and valet parking services provided under the brand «ALSOOQ Valet» are operated through «ALSOOQ Valet», an authorized operational branch and commercial division of «Al-Sooq International Company», in its capacity as the Primary Parent Company, duly registered and organized in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

«ALSOOQ Valet» operates under the direct management and supervision of «Al-Sooq International Company». All services, digital systems, mobile applications, and electronic platforms provided under the «ALSOOQ Valet» trademark constitute an integral part of the business activities and services owned by the Parent Company.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement, «Al-Sooq International Company», as the Primary Parent Legal Entity, and its operating branch «ALSOOQ Valet», shall be referred to collectively and interchangeably according to context as «the Company», «we», «our», or «us».

By accessing or utilizing our mobile applications (User App & Guard App), web portals, digital ticket issuance, or on-ground valet parking services, you enter into a legally binding service agreement with «Al-Sooq International Company» as the Primary Parent Company and sole operator of the «ALSOOQ Valet» branch, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Vehicle Intake & Handover Protocols
• Digital Ticket Generation: Upon vehicle intake, our valet captain registers vehicle plate details, model, and condition, issuing an encrypted digital ticket with a unique QR code.
• Condition Inspection: The Company reserves the right to capture photographic evidence of pre-existing scratches, dents, or damages prior to parking to ensure total transparency.
• Vehicle Retrieval: Vehicles will strictly be returned upon presenting the authorized digital QR ticket or verified digital request via the application.

3. User Responsibilities & Personal Valuables
• Valuables & Cash: Customers are required to remove all unattached valuables, cash, jewelry, and personal electronics before handover. The Company is not responsible for any lost personal items not declared and formally deposited.
• Roadworthiness & Legality: The client confirms that the vehicle is roadworthy, registered, insured, and free of any prohibited materials under Kuwait State Laws.

4. Pricing, Rates & Payment Terms
• Payment Channels: We accept KNET, Visa/MasterCard, in-app digital wallet top-up, and cash on retrieval.
• Overstay & Extended Parking: Parking durations exceeding booked slots will be calculated based on published hourly rates up until the actual vehicle handover time.

5. Insurance Coverage & Liability Limitations
• All valet captains are fully licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained.
• Approved insurance covers direct structural damage caused by proven operational negligence while the vehicle is under our staff's custody.
• The Company is not liable for mechanical, electrical, or battery malfunctions resulting from ordinary wear and tear or manufacturing defects.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
